How add-on charges work
- • An add-on purchased during a billing cycle may have an immediate prorated charge. You'll see the exact amount before confirming.
- • A small approved minimum may apply on mid-cycle purchases: $0.50 for the Weekly Extra Pet package, $1 for Weekly Household Member or Caregiver seats, and $1 for any Yearly add-on.
- • The full recurring price begins at your next renewal. Add-ons renew with your main subscription.
- • You can cancel an add-on at any time. Cancellation stops the add-on from renewing; already-paid access continues through the end of the billing period. No refund or credit is provided for unused time.
- • If you reduce extra pet capacity, pets beyond your new allowance follow your saved pet-priority order. Any locked extra pets have a 15-day recovery period. Restoring enough capacity within that window recovers their saved information; after the window ends, unrecovered information is permanently deleted.
