Pet Ready Planner ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information may be processed, how it is used, who may handle it, and the choices you have.

Information we process

• Account and contact information, such as your name, email address, and phone number.
• Pet profile and emergency-planning information you enter.
• Veterinarian, caregiver, Safe Place, medication, reminder, and Emergency Plan information you enter.
• Pet photos and other files you upload.
• Subscription and billing-status information.
• Email-delivery and reminder logs.
• Technical, security, and service-usage information necessary to operate and protect the app.

How we use information

• To provide the planning, record-keeping, and printing features you use.
• To send the email reminders and account or billing notices you have set up.
• To process subscription payments and manage plan access.
• To keep accounts secure and to prevent fraud and abuse.
• To respond to support requests.

Selling and advertising

Pet Ready Planner does not sell personal information to advertisers.

Payments

Payment-card details are handled through our payment provider. Pet Ready Planner does not store full card numbers.

Service providers

Service providers may process information only as needed to operate services such as hosting, authentication, database storage, payment processing, transactional email, job scheduling, and security.

Other disclosures

Information may be disclosed when required by law, to protect users or the service, or in connection with a legitimate business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

Security

Your data is private to your account and access is protected by authentication. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Retention, cancellation, and deletion

• Canceling a paid plan and deleting your login account are different. Ending a subscription does not automatically delete your account.
• When paid access ends, paid-only information may follow the 15-day recovery process described in the Terms of Service. Eligible information may be recovered during that period; anything not recovered may be permanently deleted.
• Deleting your account removes your pet records and photos, and that action cannot be undone.
• Some limited records may be retained where needed for security, fraud prevention, billing, legal compliance, or non-sensitive audit history.

Children

Pet Ready Planner is intended for users age 18 and older.
