Cancellation
You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
Monthly payments are generally non-refundable once charged. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support within 14 days and we'll review.
Launch Offer
The Launch Offer is a discounted prepaid subscription: pay $168 upfront for your first 14 months, after which your plan renews annually at the current yearly plan rate unless canceled. Because it is a discounted prepaid offer, refunds on the initial $168 payment are not available after the first 14 days of purchase. You can cancel anytime before the 14-month period ends to avoid the yearly renewal charge.
Account deletion
Deleting your account hard-deletes your pet records and photos. This action cannot be undone.
