Terms of Service

By creating an account you agree to these terms. Pet Ready Planner offers a Free Plan and paid subscription plans.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Pet Ready Planner.

Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your login and for keeping your account and payment information current. Each customer's data is private to their account. Tell us right away at support@petreadyplanner.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Plans and billing

• Current plans, billing periods, features, and prices are shown on the Pricing page.
• Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
• Subscription and add-on fees are charged in advance.
• Canceling prevents the next renewal.
• Paid access continues through the period already paid for, unless access ends earlier because of an approved refund, a charge reversal, fraud, abuse, or another legally permitted reason.
• No prorated refund or credit is provided for unused time, except where required by law or for a verified billing error. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Subscriptions that began under earlier billing terms may continue under those original terms until they are changed or canceled.

Add-ons and paid seats

• Add-ons renew with the main subscription and may be canceled separately.
• Canceling an add-on stops its future renewal; access already paid for remains through the applicable billing period.
• Household Member and Caregiver login seats are separate paid add-ons.
• The account owner remains responsible for managing account access, including inviting and removing people.
• Caregivers do not receive billing or owner-administration rights.

When paid access ends

Paid access can end for several normal reasons: voluntary cancellation, a failed renewal payment, a downgrade or reduction in paid capacity, or another ordinary paid-plan ending event. When that happens:

• You may continue using the available Free Plan.
• You select or retain the eligible priority pet allowed by the Free Plan.
• Paid-only information and pets beyond the current allowance may be locked.
• Locked information is normally held for a 15-day recovery period.
• Restarting your subscription or restoring sufficient paid capacity during that period may recover eligible information.
• Anything not recovered before the stated deadline may be permanently deleted, and deleted information cannot be restored.
• Information is not deleted immediately merely because a cancellation was scheduled; paid access continues through the paid period first.

What can be recovered depends on the plan and add-ons in place at the time, so recovery applies to eligible information only.

What Pet Ready Planner is

Pet Ready Planner is an emergency-planning and record-organization tool. It is not veterinary, medical, legal, insurance, rescue, emergency-response, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for confirming the information you store and for maintaining your own copies of important records. See the Disclaimer.

Reminders and notices

Email reminders and billing notices are conveniences. Delivery depends on email providers and other services outside our control and is not guaranteed. Please keep your own calendar reminders and printed or offline emergency copies.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to access other users' data, upload unlawful content, or resell access. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual property

The Pet Ready Planner name, software, layouts, checklists, and other materials we provide belong to Pet Ready Planner. The information and files you enter remain yours, and you grant us permission to store and process them to operate the service for you.

Service availability

We work to keep the service available, but it is provided on an as-is basis and may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or issues with third-party services. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pet Ready Planner is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for outcomes arising from reliance on stored information, reminders, or the availability of any third party during an emergency.

Termination

You can cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time. Deleting your account removes your pet records and photos as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end accounts for violations of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Pet Ready Planner operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
